About the author

The author was born on 26th July, in one of the most loved countries in the world; The Bahamas, a vacation destination for travelers from all walks of life, due to its many islands that are alive and rich in culture. This author has had a passion for writing since her youth, and feels it has been ablaze by the Holy Spirit and so today, it is her personal ministry. She believes it is a divine opportunity from God, for her to share not only her mother’s life’s journey, but also her journey as a daughter, with others, in her hometown, and throughout the world. And whether they are married, or single, she hopes she can influence as many as possible, to step out in faith, on the word of God, and not live in fate, by the degrees of man. Mother, your “vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come”. Habakkuk 2:3

About the book

As you journey through My Mother’s Legacy, my prayer is that it will be a blessing to your heart, your soul, and mind, as taking long walks in the garden of Scriptures has been, and, is to mine; that it will impact your life positively, as an individual.

Through this legacy, you will come to know all about a woman, a single mother, a wife, a widow, whom God moved mightily in the life of; an individual, who, through the power of God, has proven once you are in Christ, no matter what weakens you, you still have “strength… made perfect in weakness.” 2 Corinthians 12:9-10

My sincere hope is that My Mother’s Legacy will guide a young woman to “looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith” (Hebrews 12:2), of our lives, for help, not to man, nor the world. May this legacy unaffectedly reminds a wife, that the One (Isaiah 54:5), who is in heaven, also requires her devotion, and not be devoted to only her earthly husband. I trust that My Mother’s Legacy will give a single mother, godly courage, and the will, to never give up on God, no matter what she might fall short of in her home, and that includes a man.

For this legacy speaks of a mother, who suffered much pain and abuse, not only from the men, she has had in her life, but also from others, until she met a Man, who loved her, way more than her husband, or any other man, ever could have…
